Gail Adams is Music Director at the United Church of Christ in No. Hampton, NH where she conducts the adult choir, men’s chorus, a women’s choir, and is organist and pianist. An active member of the American Choral Directors Association, she has also conducted choirs in Kittery Point, ME and Easton, CT. As both singer and accompanist, Ms. Adams has toured with other New England choirs to France, Germany, Austria, Hungary, England, and to South Africa with the New Hampshire Friendship Chorus. She has worked with Elmer Iseler, founder of the Elmer Iseler Singers of Canada and Sir David Willcocks of Cambridge, England, as well as participating in choral master classes with Simon Halsey and The Kings Singers at Warwick, England. Ms. Adams, a former accompanist for the Rockingham Choral Society, is also an active chamber music enthusiast and maintains an active concert schedule accompanying soloists and instrumentalists in the Seacoast area. A recent return to musical theater has found her in positions of both Accompanist and Music Director, and loving both.

In addition to her choral activities, Ms. Adams maintains a private music studio in Kittery, ME, where she has enjoyed a 40+ year career as an independent teacher of piano. Professional studies include both Piano Performance and Pedagogy at the University of New Hampshire and New England Conservatory, Boston, MA.
