Gail Adams retired from the Music Director’s position at the United Church of Christ in No. Hampton, NH,
is presently directing the Hand Bell Choir at the First Congregational Church in Kittery Point, ME,
and is the accompanist for the Marshwood Middle School Choruses. A former accompanist for the
Rockingham Choral Society and harpsichordist with "Mostly Baroque," Ms. Adams is an avid chamber
music enthusiast and accompanies soloists and instrumentalists in the seacoast areas of Maine and
New Hampshire. As both singer and accompanist, she has toured with other New England choruses to
France, Germany, Austria, Hungary, England, and most recently to South Africa with the New Hampshire Friendship Chorus.
In addition to her choral activities, Ms. Adams maintains a private music studio in Kittery,
ME, where she has enjoyed a 45+ year career as an independent teacher of piano. Professional
studies include both Piano Performance and Pedagogy at the University of New Hampshire
and New England Conservatory, Boston, MA.
